Filter records on true/false and number fields

v1.29.0 Each contentFilters entry on GET /api/v1/Records is now a JSON object with a key and a typed value, for example {"key":"Is Current?","value":true}, so you can filter on true/false and number fields as well as text. A string value matches that text case-insensitively, and a number or true/false matches only that JSON value, so send the type the record’s content stores. This change is not backwards compatible: the earlier Key=Value form now returns 400.
